Many clients have requested that we continue to maintain their homes after construction has been completed. In response to the growing demand, we created RMBB Property Management - exclusively for our clients and homeowners.

Preventative Maintenance

The operating systems of the property will be inspected, and a schedule of maintenance will be created to ensure proper preservation and efficiency. Additionally, a biannual inspection of the property will be performed to check for wind and water damage, dry or wet rot, tree and landscaping health, and pest control.

  • Annual elevator/dumbwaiter servicing
  • Annual hot water heater servicing
  • Semi-annual power washing to include exterior windows and buildings on property
  • Annual and biannual system servicing (HVAC, plumbing, pool, etc.)

Concierge Services

  • Pre-and-post departure house cleaning
  • Car shuttle service
  • Mail and package services: We will accept UPS and FedEx deliveries and take to the home weekly.
  • Automobile exercise: Operate vehicles during home inspection. Use trickle chargers when in garage. Maintain automobile maintenance schedule.
